2007 Spring Flower Bulbs
WHOLESALE Special Order - Introduction
WELCOME! This price
list is available through February of 2007, and is geared toward
the gardener who seeks less common, unusual, or old favorite
flower bulbs, especially species. Before making selections, please
read the agreement following so you will fully understand payment
guidelines and shipping schedules. OFFERS

Agreement
Before
purchasing from this list, you must understand and agree to the
following:
- This offer is NOT A PROMISE of availability, but of probability.
If payment has been made on an unavailable item, a refund, not
a substitution, will be provided.
- If you select the "Mailing or Faxing Payment" option
during checkout, payment must be paid or postmarked within 10
days of ordering.
- If you select the "PayPal" option during checkout,
payment must be completed the same day. When the web invoice
is displayed, the customer still must click the "PayPal" payment
button to complete payment at the PayPal website.
- Credit cards will NOT be charged, NOR checks/money orders
deposited UNTIL CONFIRMATION of availability. This still may
represent a significant wait between money transfer and product
receipt.
- CANCELLATION of an order can incur restocking
fees; 25% immediately after successful payment,
50% within 5-10 business days of payment, 75% anytime thereafter.
All percentages are based on subtotal. Sorry so stiff, but
many of these items are rare or of special interest.
- A MINIMUM PURCHASE of $250 (subtotal) is required to
take advantage of the offers on this list. If you are looking
for a retail list with no minimums, please visit the RETAIL
VERSION.
- We apologize, but international shipping is not possible at
this time.
Bulbmeister.COM guarantees the bulbs to be as described and in
the best condition available. Our sources are of the highest caliber.
For domestic orders, if you are not satisfied with the quality
of the product, simply return at your own expense postmarked within 7
business days of receipt via any recognized delivery service
with tracking services (no tracking number, means no refund) Your
subtotal will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee. The Bulbmeister.COM
110% Guarantee does not apply to wholesale orders.
Shipping Method and Fees
When shipping season begins, the carrier will be chosen at the
discretion of Bulbmeister.COM. If the customer requires specific
delivery services, an additional shipping and handling fee may
be required. A Shipping & handling fee of 8% applies
to all orders. This order cannot
be combined with other available list orders because of different
discount options and shipping schedules.
Items will BEGIN shipping
early April.
